I offer morning and lunchtime yoga classes in English for offices across Paris. Together, we create a moment to step away from screens, release tension and reset the nervous system.
Classes are designed to be restorative and accessible, combining gentle stretching and simple breathing exercises to help you feel calmer, more grounded and ready to return to work with fresh energy.
Each session is adapted to the group: keeping things supportive and straightforward for beginners, or offering a stronger, more energizing practice for those familiar with Pilates, yoga or regular training.
